In this talk, Xu Bing previewed his current project to launch an “art rocket” into space, as well as review some of his past astounding productions of sculptures, videos, installations and books, including the 100-foot long Phoenixes, created from construction debris, his collaborations with silkworms, and his film created from surveillance footage.
